Wellness Plans
We offer wellness plans to healthy patients, at your visit the enrollment fee and first month payment is due when enrolling.
Cancellation of the plan will incur a fee equal to the full cost of all services rendered to date of cancellation, including any services that are no charge on the plan, but typically incur a charge without the plan, minus any payments made to date.
*Bloodwork must be completed prior to the procedure. Upcharges for bloodwork may occur based on a pets medical history, current health or if bloodwork is done same day.
* Upcharges may be applied to the spay procedure if the pet has gone through a heat cycle.
